In 2021 they performed the highest valuation ever for an IPO on Euronext-Access+ with more than € 300 millions market capitalisation.
Founded in 2011, Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) is a real estate developer specialized in wood constructions in Eastern France. It operates in two segments: medical health centers and retirement homes. The Company is carrying out a first experimental site in Epinal (88) supported by the ADEME (French Environment and Energy Management Agency). These projects are aimed to promote the intergenerational housing development by reinvigorating the center of small and medium-sized towns. SGT markets its products through retail channels and donates 25% of its revenues to charity projects such as a concierge service for elderly people established in partnership with the Loire Region and AESIO, one of the largest insurance company in France. To increase its sales SGT communicates amongst others through major league sports events.
